BHS/BUHS Athletic Hall of Fame Nomination Form Class of 2025
The Selection Committee will consider nominations from any source as long as adequate information is provided. Nominations may be made using the online nomination form or in written form sent to the Selection Committee. Nominations must include the following information:
- Name of nominee
- Graduation year of nominee (if applicable)
- Nominee category (Student-athlete, Coach, Administrator, Team, Official, Media, Public Contributor)
- Sport(s) played at BHS/BUHS
- Athletic accomplishments at BHS/BUHS
- Comments or other supporting information, including relevant non-BHS/BUHS athletic accomplishments
- 2 Letters of Support
- Complete Nominee Biographical Information sheet

- The annual deadline for nominations is May 23, 2025. Nominees will be reviewed, selected, and notified shortly after the nomination deadline. If selected, induction will be at the annual banquet on November 1, 2025 at Brattleboro’s American Legion.
- All nominations will be considered for a three-year period. If a candidate has not been inducted after three years, he or she must be re-nominated at that time to receive further consideration.
